摘 要:在对18MND5钢板探伤时发现了缺陷,对缺陷部位进行了低倍检验、显微组织检验、原位分析、厚度方向性能以及扫描电镜检验。结果表明,钢板厚度的中心区域存在严重偏析,同时含有较多的非金属夹杂物,这是导致探伤缺陷的主要原因。通过调整钢中P、S含量、做好保护浇注等,提高了钢质纯净度;通过降低钢水过热度、控制好恒速浇注等,降低了铸坯的偏析等级。同时制定合理的轧制工艺以提高钢板的探伤合格率。A defect was found during the flaw detection of 18MND5 steel plate.Low magnification inspection,microstructure inspection,in-situ analysis,thickness direction performance and scanning electron microscope inspection were carried out on the defect parts.The results show that there is serious segregation in the central area of the thickness of the steel plate,and it contains lots of non-metallic inclusions,which is the main reason for flaw detection defects.The purity of the steel is improved by adjusting the content of P and S in the steel and protecting pouring.By reducing the superheat of molten steel and controlling the constant-speed pouring,the segregation grade of the cast slab is reduced.At the same time,a reasonable rolling process is formulated to improve the inspection pass rate of the steel plate.
