摘 要:针对薄规格酸洗板网格缺陷,开展原因分析并制定工艺优化措施。该缺陷产生于平整工序,由平行于轧制方向等间距平行滑移线构成。建立张力的瞬间预张力过大或卷取张力变化值过大造成带钢局部粗晶区超过屈服强度,而产生位错滑移形成吕德斯带,是产生网格缺陷的根本原因。采取卷取预张力30~35 kN及合理控制正常卷取力160~180 kN的措施,可有效解决酸洗板表面网格缺陷。The reasons for the mesh defects of the pickling plate with thin specification were analyzed and the process optimization measures were formulated.This defect is formed in the flattening process and it consists of equidistant parallel slip lines parallel to the rolling direction.When the tension is established,the pretension is too large or the change value of the coiling tension is too large,it causes the local coarse-grained region of the strip to exceed the yield strength,and the dislocation slip is produced to form the Lüders band,which is the root cause of the mesh defect.Taking measures of the coiling pre-tension of 30-35 kN and reasonably controlling the normal coiling tension of 160-180 kN can effectively solve the mesh defects on the surface of the pickling plate.
