摘 要:采用集束拉拔法制备出不同变形量的φ12μm不锈钢纤维,研究了退火温度与保温时间对集束拉拔不锈钢纤维断裂强力与伸长率的影响。结果表明:对于变形量为95%的不锈钢纤维,断裂强力与伸长率随着退火温度与保温时间的增加,呈现先增大后减小的趋势;退火温度为390℃,保温时间为3 h时,低温退火对纤维的力学性能指标影响最显著;变形量小于93%的不锈钢纤维,低温退火对纤维的两项力学性能指标几乎没影响,变形量大于93%的不锈钢纤维,低温退火对纤维的两项力学性能指标有影响,并且随变形量的增大影响越来越显著。φ12μm stainless steel fibers with different deformation were prepared by bundle-drawing method.The effects of annealing temperature and holding time on the breaking strength and elongation of cluster drawn stainless steel fibers were studied.The results show that for stainless steel fibers with 95%deformation,the breaking strength and elongation increase first and then decrease with the increase of annealing temperature and holding time.When the annealing temperature is 390℃ and the holding time is 3 h,the effect of low temperature annealing on the mechanical properties of fibers is the most significant.For stainless steel fibers with deformation less than 93%,low temperature annealing has little effect on the mechanical properties of the fibers.When the deformation is more than 93%,the low temperature annealing has an effect on the two mechanical properties of the fiber,and the effect is more and more significant with the increase of deformation.
