液氧煤油发动机低工况低频频率特性研究

摘  要:针对试车中的发动机低工况低频振荡问题,建立了系统各组件的线性化小偏差频域模型,利用解复矩阵的状态空间法对发动机低工况低频频率特性进行了研究,并计算了燃气发生器燃烧时滞和喷注压降、流量调节器弹簧刚度对发动机频率特性的影响,结果表明数学模型和计算方法具有一定的正确性。发动机低工况低频振荡源头为燃气发生器,向上游通过推进剂供应系统传播,并且通过涡轮泵转速传递导致整机参数均有所体现。燃气发生器燃烧时滞越大,频率越低,幅值越高。系统频率对燃气发生器煤油喷注压降更为敏感,燃气发生器喷注压降越大,系统频率基本不变,幅值越低。流量调节器弹簧刚度越大,系统频率基本不变,幅值越高。For the low frequency oscillation of engine in low working condition during engine hot test,the linearized small deviation frequency domain models are established for each component of the system,the low frequency characteristics of the engine under low operating conditions are studied by using the state space method of solving complex matrix and the effects of preburner lag time、preburner injection pressure drop and spring stiffness of regulator on the system frequency characteristics are calculated.The results show that the mathematical models and calculation method are correct.The low frequency oscillation of the engine in low working conditions originate from preburner and propagate upstream through the propellant supply system.Moreover,the speed transfer of the turbo-pump results in that the parameters of the whole engine are reflected.The lager the preburner lag time,the lower the frequency is and the higher the amplitude is.The system frequency is more sensitive to the preburner kerosene injection pressure drop.The lager the preburner injection pressure drop is,the system frequency is basically unchanged and the lower the amplitude is.The lager spring stiffness of regulator is,the system frequency is basically unchanged and the higher the amplitude is.
