摘 要:燃料电池动力系统依靠其核心配套设备氢氧介质循环泵向电堆持续供应燃料与氧化剂,在循环管路中加入引射器辅助增压既可以有效利用高压气体的能量,又能够降低氢氧介质循环泵耗功量。对氢氧介质循环泵与引射器的热力过程展开研究,并对引射器辅助优化方案进行了理论计算与CFD仿真。对不同计算方法得到的结果进行对比和分析,以供此类产品设计参考。The fuel cell power system relies on its core equipment,hydrogen and oxygen medium circulating pump,to supply fuel and oxidant to the stack continuously.Adding ejector to the circulation pipeline to assist pressurize can not only effectively use the energy of high pressure gas,but also reduce the power consumption of the hydrogen and oxygen medium circulating pump.Research on the thermal process of hydrogen and oxygen medium circulating pump and ejector is carried out.Theoretical method and CFD simulation are both used in the research on auxiliary optimization of ejector.The results of different calculation methods are compared and analyzed for reference in the design of such products.
