摘 要:运用专利分析方法对产品技术发展趋势进行研究预判,能够为企业构建技术优势、完善专利布局提供帮助和指导。运用Patsnap数据库对热熔对接焊机的相关专利进行检索,对检索结果进行专利申请状况分析、专利区域分布分析、专利技术分析、高价值专利分析和专利地图分析。结果表明,当前热熔对接焊机的专利数量处于快速增长时期,未来发展方向是大量分散的低水平专利向适量集中的高水平、基础性核心专利演进转化。相关企业应当抓准时机开展技术研发,做好专利申请,加强专利管理。The application of patent analysis method can predict the development trend of product technology,and provide guidance for enterprises to build technical advantages and improve patent layout.Patsnap database was used as the source to study patents of hot melt butt welding machines,and patents application status,regional distribution,patent technology,high value patent and patent map were also analyzed.The result shows that the number of patents of hot melt butt welding machine is growing rapidly.The future strategy is to transform from large number of scattered and low-level patents to an appropriate amount of concentrated,high-level and basic core patents.Relevant enterprises shall seize the opportunity to carry out core technology research,apply for corresponding patents and strengthen patent management.
