摘 要:采用窄间隙激光填丝焊接技术对26 mm厚EQ70钢板进行了焊接试验,第1道采用自熔焊打底,后4道采用填丝焊对坡口逐层填充。对接头厚度方向底、中、表层三处位置的微观组织进行对比观察,并进行了力学性能测试。结果表明,焊缝双面成形良好而且变形量较小,无裂纹等缺陷。自熔焊焊缝及热影响区中存在大量马氏体组织。填丝焊焊缝组织中存在大量针状铁素体及粒状贝氏体,其热影响区组织中存在大量板条马氏体。接头自熔焊和填丝焊的热影响区靠近母材的位置均出现软化现象。填丝焊缝的抗拉强度高于自熔焊的。The welding test of 26 mm thick EQ70 steel plate was carried out by using narrow gap laser wire filling welding technology.The first pass used self fusion welding as backing,and the last four passes used wire filling welding to fill the groove layer by layer.The microstructure of the joint at three positions of bottom,middle and surface layers in the thickness direction was compared and observed,and then the mechanical properties were tested.The results show that the weld is well formed on both sides with little deformation and no defects such as cracks.There are a large number of martensite structures in the weld zone and heat affected zone of self fusion welding pass.There are a large number of acicular ferrite and granular bainite structures in the weld seam of filler wire welding,and a large number of lath martensite structures in the heat affected zone.The heat affected zone of the self fusion welding and wire-filling welding near the base metal has softening phenomenon.The tensile strength of the wire filling weld is higher than that of the self fusion weld.
