摩擦压力对Ti17钛合金线性摩擦焊接头组织的影响

摘　　要：以40、80和100 MPa三种摩擦压力进行了Ti17钛合金的线性摩擦焊接试验,采用光学显微镜及扫描电镜(配有电子背散射衍射系统)对接头的组织进行了表征。结果表明:随摩擦压力增大,接头焊缝宽度明显减小,热力影响区变形程度增大。当摩擦压力为40 MPa时,焊接过程中焊缝温度处于α+β两相区,焊缝仍含有初生α相;当摩擦压力为80 MPa时,焊缝温度完全超过了β转变温度,完全由亚稳β相组成;当摩擦压力为100 MPa时,焊缝温度低于摩擦压力为40 MPa接头的,初生α相的含量高于摩擦压力为40MPa接头的。不同温区下三个接头的焊缝均发生了连续动态再结晶,40、100 MPa接头焊缝的再结晶晶粒较为细小,80 MPa接头焊缝中的再结晶晶粒取向最为集中。Three friction pressures of 40,80 and 100 MPa were selected for the linear friction welding(LFW)experiments of Ti17 titanium alloy.An optical microscope and a scanning electron microscope equipped with electron back-scattering diffraction were used to analyze the microstructure of the three joints.The results show that with the increase of friction pressure,the width of weld zone(WZ)decreases obviously,and the deformation degree of the thermo-mechanically affected zone(TMAZ)increases.When the friction pressure is 40 MPa,the temperature of WZ during welding is in theα+βphase region,and the WZ still has primary phase;when the friction pressure is 80 MPa,the temperature of WZ is higher than theβ-transition temperature,and the WZ is composed of metastableβphase;when the friction pressure increases to 100MPa,the temperature of WZ is lower than that of the joint with 40 MPa friction pressure,and the content of primaryαphase is higher than that of the joint with 40 MPa friction pressure.In addition,continuous dynamic recrystallization occurs in the WZs of the three joints.The recrystallized grains of the joints with 40 and 100 MPa friction pressures are relatively small,and the recrystallized grain orientation of the joint with 80 MPa friction pressure is the most concentrated.
