摘  要:对Ti55531钛合金成形过程进行了数值模拟,分析了不同变形量下的锻件成形过程中应力、应变场和温度场,试验研究了坯料成形时不同部位组织的演化规律。结果显示,坯料成形时易变形区晶粒尺寸随变形剧烈程度的增加或者温度升高而增大,尤其在高变形速率(20 mm/s)或高变形温度(835℃)时,由于叠加了变形热的温升效应,晶粒尺寸明显增大;难变形区晶粒尺寸波动最大,并存在少量异常长大晶粒;自由变形区的晶粒尺寸基本保持不变。当变形速率为5、10 mm/s,变形量为50%,变形温度为805℃时,合金的抗拉强度、冲击总功和裂纹形成功均达到较高值,综合力学性能较佳。Numerical simulation of the forming process of Ti55531 titanium alloy was carried out.The stress,strain fields and temperature field during the forming process of forgings under different deformations were analyzed,and the evolution of the structure of different parts of the blank during forming was studied experimentally.The results show that the grain size of the easy deformation zone increases with the increase of the degree of deformation or the increase of temperature when the blank is formed,especially at high deformation velocity(20 mm/s)or high deformation temperature(835℃),the grain size increases significantly due to the temperature rise effect of the superimposed deformation heat.The grain size in the difficult deformation area has the largest fluctuation,and there are a few abnormally grown grains.The grain size of the free deformation region remains essentially unchanged.When the deformation rate is 5 mm/s and 10 mm/s,the deformation amount is 50%,and the deformation temperature is 805℃,the alloy's tensile strength,total impact work and crack forming work are all higher,and the comprehensive mechanical properties are better.
