摘 要:对锻件的组织和性能进行了理化测试,研究了不同热加工参数对TC25合金压气机盘锻件组织和性能的影响。结果表明:采用α+β锻和β锻生产的TC25压气机盘锻件的性能均能满足相关技术要求,采用β锻锻造方式生产的锻件的断裂韧性要高于α+β锻的,锻后冷速加快有利于抑制形成块状α相。热处理工艺参数的选择对锻件性能影响较大,采用固溶+时效工艺生产的盘锻件综合性能要优于双重退火盘锻件的。The microstructure and properties of the forgings were tested physically and chemically.The influences of different heat processing parameters on the microstructure and properties of TC25 alloy compressor plate forgings were investigated.The results show that the property of the TC25 compressor disc forgings produced byα+βforging andβforging can meet the relevant technical requirements.The fracture toughness of forgings produced byβforging method is higher than that ofα+βforging,and the faster cooling rate after forging is beneficial to inhibit the formation of massiveαphase.The heat treatment process parameters have a great impact on the property of the forgings.The comprehensive performance of the disc forgings produced by the solid solution+aging process is better than that of the double annealed disc forgings.
