摘 要:针对阵列式换能器信号检测特点,提出相应的后置放大电路设计指标,设计一款4通道压控放大滤波电路。搭建测试平台,对所提电路的4通道一致性、电路固定增益、可调增益及工作频带等指标进行测试。结果表明,电路4通道具有良好的一致性,频带内增益起伏小,固定增益约为40 dB,带外增益衰减明显,可调增益范围为-20~20 dB,工作频带为10.6~15.5 kHz,工作频带存在高频偏移现象,其他指标满足设计要求。4通道压控放大滤波电路设计对阵列式换能器动态小信号检测具有参考意义。In this paper,according to the characteristics of signal detection of array transducer,the corresponding design index of backamplifier circuit is proposed,and a 4-channel voltage-controlled amplifying and filtering circuit is designed.A test platform is set up to test the 4-channel consistency,fixed gain,adjustable gain and working frequency band of the proposed circuit.The results show that the four channels of the circuit have good consistency,the gain fluctuation in the frequency band is small,the fixed gain is about 40dB,the out-of-band gain attenuation is obvious,the adjustable gain range is-20~20 dB,the operating frequency band is 10.6~15.5 kHz,the operating frequency band has high frequency offset phenomenon,and other indicators meet the design requirements.The design of 4-channel voltage-controlled amplifying and filtering circuit has reference significance for dynamic small signal detection of array transducer.
