摘　　要：某型转速信号转换器在修理过程中偶发转速跳变故障。由于缺少电路原理图、明细表等技术资料,且故障为偶发故障,难以有效地对产品进行测试,不便定位产品的故障点。通过对转速信号转换器进行实物测绘,自主生成产品的电路原理图、明细表等核心技术资料。根据电路测绘和原理分析的结果,识别产品技术状态,分析产品的设计缺陷,为产品的优化改进提出建议。A certain type of speed signal converter has an occasional speed jump fault during repair.Due to the lack of circuit schematics,details and other technical data,and the fault is accidental,it is difficult to effectively test the product and inconvenient to locate the fault point of the product.Through the physical mapping of the speed signal converter,the circuit schematic diagram and specification table of the product are generated independently.According to the results of circuit mapping and principle analysis,identify the technical status of the product,analyze the design defects of the product,and put forward suggestions for the optimization and improvement of the product.
