摘　　要：应急救援风险预控管理体系是救援行业安全管理的新型模式,针对现阶段煤矿应急救援中存在的安全管理问题,在总结目前应急救援管理体系的基础上,建立了应急救援风险预控管理体系,即通过开展危险源辨识、风险评价,有针对性地采取措施,减少或消除事故的发生,实现安全救援。文章在风险预控与应急救援风险预控管理的基础上,探究了矿山救护队风险预控管理体系运行过程和风险预控管理质量评估,对矿山救护队的安全救援起着重要的作用。In view of the safety management problems existing in the current coal mine emergency rescue,on the basis of summarizing the current emergency rescue management system,the risk pre-control management system of emergency rescue is established,that is,through the development of hazard identification,risk assessment,targeted measures to reduce or eliminate the occurrence of accidents,to achieve safe rescue.The emergency rescue risk pre-control management system is a new model of safety management in rescue industry.Based on the risk pre-control and emergency rescue risk pre-control management,this paper probes into the operation process of the risk pre-control management system of the mine rescue team and the quality evaluation of the risk pre-control management,which plays an important role in the safety rescue of mine rescue teams.
