摘  要:为研究饲料中代谢能(能量)及油脂用量对海兰褐蛋鸡产蛋中后期生产性能以及血清生化指标的影响,对不同能量及油脂饲养的蛋鸡所产鸡蛋的蛋品质情况进行分析,选择30周龄海兰褐蛋鸡1080只,随机分为4组(A组、B组、C组和D组),每组6个重复,A组到D组饲喂饲料所含代谢能分别为11.10、11.10、11.30、11.30 MJ/kg以及油脂含量分别为1%、2.5%、1%、2.5%。在53周龄时,每个重复随机选取6个鸡蛋进行蛋品质、脂质代谢和免疫性能指标检测。结果表明:C组的产蛋率与产蛋量分别显著高于A组2.08%和2.59%(P<0.05),D组的产蛋率、产蛋量分别显著高于B组2.50%和2.71%(P<0.05)。D组蛋黄颜色分别显著低于B组和C组10.32%和14.86%(P<0.05)。C组的蛋白高度、哈夫单位分别显著低于A组8.11%和4.84%(P<0.05),D组的蛋白高度、哈夫单位分别显著低于B组13.73%和7.26%(P<0.05)。B组的总胆固醇含量显著低于A组25.00%,而B组的甘油三酯显著高于A组81.40%(P<0.05),D组的总胆固醇含量显著高于B组50.00%(P<0.05)。D组的极低密度脂蛋白含量显著高于B组133.33%(P<0.05)。C组溶菌酶含量显著低于A组27.25%(P<0.05);D组溶菌酶含量显著低于B组33.72%(P<0.05)。在53周龄时,每个重复随机选取9只蛋鸡进行血清生化指标检测。C组的蛋鸡血清中促黄体生成素的含量显著高于A组114.38%(P<0.05)。B组卵黄蛋白原含量显著低于A组30.18%(P<0.05)。由此可见,高能量高油脂的饲料能够改善蛋鸡产蛋性能,提高产蛋量,但是会使蛋品质下降;低能量低油脂的饲料虽然产蛋量少,但是能保障蛋的新鲜程度,蛋品质更好。In order to study the effects of dietary energy(metabolizable energy)and oil consumption on laying performance and serum biochemical indexes of Hyline brown laying hens at late laying stage,egg quality of laying hens fed with different energy and oil was analyzed.1080 Hyline brown laying hens at 30 weeks of age were randomly divided into 4 groups(A,B,C and D group)with 6 replicates per group.The feed of the hens from A to D group included 11.10,11.10,11.30,11.30 MJ/kg energy and 1%,2.5%,1%,2.5%fat respectively.At 53 weeks of age,eggs were randomly selected from each replicate for egg quality,lipid metabolism and immune performance measurements.The results showed that the laying rate and egg production of C group were 2.08%and 2.59%higher than those from A group(P<0.05),and the laying rate and egg production of D group were 2.50%and 2.71%higher than those from B group(P<0.05).The yolk color of D group was 10.32%and 14.86%lower than that from B and C groups respectively(P<0.05).The protein height and Huff unit of C group were 8.11%and 4.84%lower than those from A group(P<0.05),and those from D group were 13.73%and 7.26%lower than those from B group(P<0.05).The total cholesterol content in B group was 25.00%lower than that in A group,while the triglyceride content in B group was 81.40%higher than that in A group(P<0.05),and the total cholesterol content in D group was 50.00%higher than that in B group(P<0.05).The content of very low density lipoprotein in D group was significantly higher than that in B group by 133.33%(P<0.05).The content of lysozyme in C group was 27.25%lower than that in A group(P<0.05);The content of lysozyme in D group was significantly lower than that in B group(33.72%,P<0.05).At the age of 53 weeks,9 laying hens were randomly selected from each replicate for serum biochemical indicators detection.The content of luteinizing hormone in serum of laying hens in C group was 114.38%higher than that in A group(P<0.05).The content of vitellogenin in B group was 30.18%lower than that in A group(P<0.05)
