摘 要:本文以自然资源统一调查监测评价总体要求为导向,研究林地资源专项分类体系与国土三调分类体系间的语义差异,通过拆分、转换、组合,建立不同分类体系间的映射关系,构建兼顾国土三调地类权威性和林业小班地类专业性的分类体系。在此基础上,建立综合反映林地资源现状、开发利用程度及潜力、资源承载力情况的林地资源评价体系,为自然资源部门与林业部门形成高效衔接、逻辑清晰、融合互通的数据应用模式提供参考。In this paper,guided by the overall requirements for unified survey,monitoring and evaluation of natural resources,a study was made on the semantic differences between the forestland resource special classification system and the third national land survey classification system to establish the mapping relationship between the different classification systems and a classification system balancing the authority of the third national land survey and the professionalism of forestry compartment types.Based on the above,a forest resource evaluation system was established that could comprehensively reflect the forestland resource actuality,development and utilization level,potential,and carrying capacity,which could provide reference for efficiently connecting,logically clear and interoperable data application between natural resource departments and forestry departments.
