摘  要:文章针对当前直流供电系统中蓄电池组维护任务繁重、绝缘设备运行不规范、蓄电池寿命难以准确估算和预测等问题,提出了一种优化直流供电系统运行的方式以及进行故障诊断的方法。直流供电系统通过自主采集数据或者利用数据采集终端从集中监控等运行设备中获取相关数据,通过TCP/IP原理将中央监控和其他运行设备的数据传输给主机。通过对蓄电池、冲压机等设备的工作状况进行分析,及时消缺和调整参数,以提高直流供电系统的供电可靠性。The article proposes a method for optimizing the operation of DC power supply systems and conducting fault diagnosis in response to the heavy maintenance tasks of battery packs,non-standard operation of insulation equipment,and difficulty in accurately estimating and predicting battery life in current DC power supply systems.The DC power supply system obtains relevant data from centralized monitoring and other operating equipment through independent data collection or data acquisition terminals,and transmits the data from central monitoring and other operating equipment to the host through TCP/IP principles.By analyzing the working conditions of equipment such as batteries and stamping machines,timely eliminating defects and adjusting parameters,in order to improve the power supply reliability of DC power supply systems.
