数字普惠金融与农村居民共同富裕:影响效应与作用机制

摘　　要：实现共同富裕,最艰巨最繁重的任务仍然在农村,数字普惠金融服务是助力共同富裕奋斗目标的时代要求。因此,采用2016年与2018年中国家庭追踪微观调查数据建构面板固定效应模型,从物质富裕与精神富足两个维度建构共同富裕指标体系,检验数字普惠金融对农村居民共同富裕的影响效应,并试图分析数字普惠金融的作用机制。研究发现:第一,数字普惠金融有利于农村居民实现共同富裕;第二,数字普惠金融产生的积极效应存在异质性,农村居民金融素养与金融市场参与度越高,数字普惠金融对共同富裕产生的积极效应愈明显;第三,作用机制检验发现,数字普惠金融不仅能够促进农村居民信贷水平,而且提高了农村居民家庭创业的概率与收益,从而促进农村居民共同富裕。The most arduous and onerous task of promoting common prosperity still remains in rural areas,developing digital inclusive financial services is a requirement of the times to support the goal of common prosperity.It constructs a panel fixed effects model based on China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)data of 2016 and 2018.Material and spiritual prosperity are used as two dimensions constructs to building a common prosperity index in order to test the impact of digital inclusive finance on the common prosperity of rural residents,and attempt to characterize the mechanism of digital inclusive finance.The findings are as follows:firstly,digital inclusive finance can promote rural farmers to achieve common prosperity.Secondly,the positive effects of digital inclusive finance are heterogeneous.The higher the financial literacy and market participation of rural residents,the more significant the positive effects of digital inclusive finance on common prosperity.Thirdly,the mechanism test finds that digital inclusive finance not only promotes the credit level of rural residents,but also increases the probability and income of rural households’entrepreneurship,thereby promoting common prosperity for rural residents.
