摘  要:目的:对刺瓜进行生药学研究。方法:采用基源鉴别、药材性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层色谱法对刺瓜特征进行鉴别研究。参照《中华人民共和国药典》2015版四部通则中的方法对13个批次的刺瓜样品进行水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分及浸出物等项目进行检查。结果:对刺瓜原植物形态进行了详细描述,明确了刺瓜根、茎、叶的组织结构特征及粉末鉴别特征,初步建立了刺瓜薄层色谱鉴别方法。对刺瓜几个常见项目设定了检出限,水分不得超过10.0%,总灰分不得超过13.0%,酸不溶性灰分不得超过1.0%,浸出物不得少于19.0%。结论:刺瓜的性状、显微特征明显,薄层色谱分离效果好,重现性佳,可为刺瓜进一步开发利用和质量标准的建立提供参考。Objective:To study pharmacognosy and quality standards of Cynanchum corymbosum Wight.Methods:The identification characteristics of Cynanchum corymbosum Wight were studied by base plant origin identification,medicinal morphology identification,microscopic identification,and thin-layer chromatography.Water content,total ash content,acid insoluble ash content,and extracts of 13 batches of Cynanchum corymbosum Wight samples were examined according to the methods in the four General Rules of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition.Results:The original plant morphology of Cynanchum corymbosum Wight was described in detail.The tissue structure characteristics of the root,stem,and leaf cross section and the powder identification characteristics of Cynanchum corymbosum Wight were clarified.The identification method of TLC was initially established.The detection limit was set for several common items in the quality of Cynanchum corymbosum Wight,and the water content should not exceed 10.0%,total ash content shall not exceed 13.0%,acid insoluble ash shall not exceed 1.0%,and extract shall not be less than 19.0%.Conclusion:The morphology and microscopic characteristics of Cynanchum corymbosum Wight are obvious.TLC separation is effective and reproducible which can provide reference for the further development and utilization of squirrel gourd and the establishment of quality standards.
