华盖散加减联合左氧氟沙星片对慢性支气管炎风寒犯肺证的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察华盖散加减联合左氧氟沙星片对慢性支气管炎(CB)风寒犯肺证患者的疗效。方法:按随机信封法将60例CB患者分为两组,均予以对症支持治疗,对照组口服左氧氟沙星片,治疗组在对照组治疗方法基础上口服华盖散加减。观察两组患者中医证候积分、肺功能、IgA、IgM、IgG水平及治疗过程中不良反应情况。结果:两组患者治疗后1周、2周、3周,各证候积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),两组患者治疗后3周的FEV1、FEV1/FEC、IgA、IgM、IgG水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后1周、2周、3周,各证候积分均较对照组降低(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后1周、2周、3周的IgA、IgM、IgG水平均较对照组升高(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后3周FEV1较对照组升高(P<0.05),两组患者在治疗过程中均未见明显的药物不良反应。结论:华盖散加减联合左氧氟沙星片能改善CB风寒犯肺证患者症状与肺功能,提高免疫因子水平。Objective:To observe the effect of modified Huagai powder combined with levofloxacin tablets on patients with chronic bronchitis(CB)with wind-cold invading lung syndrome.Methods:Sixty CB patients were randomly divid-ed into 2 groups by envelope method.All patients were given symptomatic support treatment.The control group was given levofloxacin tablet,and the treatment group was given Huagai powder on the basis of the control group.After treatment,TCM syndrome scores,lung function,IgA,IgM,IgG levels,and adverse reactions during treatment were ob-served in the two groups.Results:After 1 week,2 weeks,and 3 weeks of treatment,the scores of various syndromes in both groups decreased compared to before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of FEV1,FEV1/FEC,IgA,IgM,and IgG in both groups increased at 3 weeks after treatment(P<0.05);After 1 week,2 weeks,and 3 weeks of treatment,the score of each syndrome in the treatment group decreased compared to the control group(P<0.O5).The levels of IgA,IgM,and IgG in the treatment group increased compared to the control group at 1 week,2 weeks,and 3 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).FEV1 in the treatment group increased compared to the control group at 3 weeks after treatment(P<o.05),and there were no significant adverse drug reactions observed in both groups of patients during the treat-ment process.Conclusion:Huagai powder plus and minus combined with levofloxacin tablets can improve the symp-toms and lung function of CB patients with lung syndrome of wind cold,and increase the level of immune factors.
