摘　　要：目的:观察蛇床子、花椒、白矾、苦参加减辨治对外阴阴道炎临床疗效和对阴道微环境的影响。方法:选取120例外阴阴道炎患者随机分为观察组60例和对照组60例,对照组采用硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软膏治疗,观察组采用蛇床子、花椒、白矾、苦参加减辨治药方进行熏洗治疗。比较两组治疗前后临床疗效和阴道微环境变化情况。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率(95.0%)高于对照组(81.7%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组阴道pH值、阴道清洁度、阴道菌群密集度均优于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),两组阴道过氧化氢阳性率、白细胞酯酶阳性率均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药蛇床子、花椒、白矾、苦参加减辨治方对外阴阴道炎有良好疗效,同时可有效改善阴道微环境。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Cnidium monnieri,Zanthoxylum bungeanum maxim,Alumen and Sophora flavescens on vulvovaginitis and the influence on vaginal microenvironment.Methods:120 patients with vulvovaginitis were randomly divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases).The control group was treated with nifurtyl nystatin vaginal ointment,and the observation group was treated with fumigation and washing treatment with Cnidium monnieri,Zanthoxylum bungeanum maxim,Alum and Sophora flavescens.Compare the clinical efficacy and vaginal microenvironment changes of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the observation group(95.0%)was higher than that in the control group(81.7%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the vaginal pH value,vaginal cleanliness and concentration of vaginal flora in the two groups were better than before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The positive rate of vaginal hydrogen peroxide and leukocyte esterase in two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cnidium monnieri,Zanthoxylum bungeanum maxim,Alumen and Sophora flavescens have good curative effect on vulvovaginitis,and effectively improve the vaginal microenvironment.
