基于络病理论运用虫类药治疗中风后遗症

摘　　要：中风是一种脑血管循环障碍性疾病,发病率、致残率均较高,以中老年人为多发人群。中风病发病后,虽经有效救治,但大多数患者会遗留神志不清、口眼歪斜、言语謇涩、肢体不遂等后遗症,给家庭、社会带来沉重的经济负担。李智杰教授基于络病理论及现代研究,认为中风病本虚标实,病程缠绵,以肝肾阴虚或气血亏虚为本,以风、火、痰、瘀为标,病程半年以上,气虚血亏,痰瘀阻络,络脉不通,肌肉筋脉失于濡养进入中风后遗症期。李智杰教授基于“久病入络”运用虫类药治疗中风后遗症,疗效显著,总结其治疗经验,以供临证参考。Stroke is a cerebral vascular cycle disorder,with high incidence and disability rate,with the middle-aged and elderly being the most prevalent group.After the onset of stroke,although effectively treated,most patients will be left with confusion,slanting of the mouth and eyes,speech and limb disorders,which bring heavy economic burden to families and society.Based on collateral disease theory and modern research,Professor.Professor Li Zhijie believes that the stroke disease is virtual,the disease is lingering,with liver and kidney yin deficiency or qi and blood deficiency as the origin and wind,fire,phlegm and stasis as the symptoms,and the onset of the disease is more than six months,with qi deficiency and blood deficiency,phlegm and stasis blocking the vascularitis,and the vascularitis being blocked,so that the muscles and tendons are not moistened,Over half a year after the onset enter the post-stroke phase.Professor Li used Insect drugs to treat the sequelae of stroke based on the principle of“Chronic Disease Transforming to Collateral”with remarkable efficacy,and his treatment experience is recorded as follows.
