摘　　要：颈髓损伤是临床中常见且较为严重的一类损伤,损伤导致的运动、感觉及神经功能障碍是其主要临床表现。目前该病的治疗方式以手术及抗炎药物为主,在辨证论治思想指导下,制定针对性、个体化的处方是中医治疗的重要特征。根据患者舌脉证,颈髓损伤病机为瘀血阻络,督脉受损。通过阐述颈髓损伤后节段性感觉运动障碍的病机与治则,并整理分析验案一则,观察针刺治疗颈髓损伤后节段性感觉运动障碍的疗效,从中医理论及临床上论证针刺在颈髓损伤治疗中的重要作用。Cervical medullary injury is a common and devastating type of injury in clinical practice,and the impairment of motor,sensory and neurological functions as a result of cervical medullary injury is the main clinical manifestation.The current treatment is based on surgery and anti-inflammatory drugs,while targeted and individualized prescription is an important feature of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)under the guidance of discriminative therapy.Based on the patient's tongue and pulse symptoms,the author believes that the pathogenesis of the disease is blockage of blood and the damage of the Governor's vein.Now we analyze a case to explain the pathogenesis and treatment of segmental sensorimotor disorder after cervical medullary injury,to verify the efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of segmental sensorimotor disorder after cervical medullary injury,and to illustrate the important role of acupuncture in the treat-ment of cervical medullary injury from TCM theory and clinical point of view.
