陈以国教授针刺治疗面肌痉挛经验

摘　　要：面肌痉挛迁延难愈,大幅降低了患者的生存质量。陈以国教授从事临床、科研、教育工作数十年,临床经验丰富,治疗面肌痉挛疗效显著。陈教授认为面肌痉挛是本虚标实之证,以肝阴不足、肝气失疏而致肝亢失制为本,经筋失濡为标。肝亢失制,风气外现贯穿该病始终,整体表现为面肌异常之“动”。“肝木偏亢,经筋失养”为其病机关键。治疗当遵滋肝阴疏肝气、肺金承制肝木、熄风动濡经筋。故陈教授基于《内经》独创“陈氏吊针”,结合基于圆运动独创的“腹三针”,明辨病机,谨遵辨证以论治,借助共同作用调动肺脏、恢复肝脏和经筋的生理功能治疗该病。附验案一则,以资佐证。Hemifacial spasm prolonged difficult to cure,so that the patient's quality of life extremely decreased.Chen has been working in clinic,scientific research and education for decades.He has rich clinical experience in the treatment of hemifacial spasm and has achieved good curative effect.According to Prof.Chen Yiguo,facial muscle spasm is an evidence of deficiency of the liver and a symptom of the symptoms of the disease,which is caused by the deficiency of liver Yin and the loss of liver Qi,resulting in the loss of control of liver hyperactivity and the loss of moistening of the muscles along the regular meridians.Hyperactivity of liver and loss of control,external atmosphere throughout the disease,the overall performance of facial muscle abnormalities“movement”.“Hyperactivity of liver wood and loss of meridians”is the key to its pathogenesis.The treatment should be based on nourishing the liver Yin,soothing the liver Qi,supporting the liver wood to relieve wind and stop twitch,and nourishing the menstrual tendons.Therefore,Professor Chen created the Chen's needles combined with the three abdominal needles based on the Neijing.Distinguish the pathogenesis and treat according to syndrome differentiation.The joint action restores the physiological function of liver and channel tendons to treat this disease.And provide a case to show evidence.
