摘　　要：游柏稳教授认为,慢性咳嗽病因繁杂,易反复发作,但究其因不外乎内外两端。该病总属正虚邪实,病位主要在肺脏,以肺、脾、肾多脏腑功能失常为多见。治疗以扶正驱邪为总则,治法以补肺健脾益肾为主,兼以止咳化痰祛湿。强调灵活辨证,多脏同治,疗效可观。附医案二则,以飨同道。Professor You Baiwen concluded that the pathogenesis of chronic cough is complex and easy to relapse,but the causes of chronic cough are not more than the internal and external ends.The disease generally belongs to the weakness of healthy Qi and existence of perverse trend,and location is mainly in the lung,with lung,spleen,and kidney viscera function disorders are more commen.The treatment takes Fuzheng and dispelling evil as the general rule,the main treatment is to tonify the lung,spleen,and kidney,to relieve cough,phlegm,and remove dampness.Emphasize flexible syndrome differentiation,multi-zang treatment,and good clinical efficacy is achieved.Two medical records are attached at the end of the paper.
