摘　　要：白虎加地黄汤最早来源于《桂林古本伤寒杂病论》,由石膏、知母、生地黄、甘草和粳米5味药物组成,主要用于治疗温病邪热郁久、气血双燔证,具有清气凉血、养阴生津的功效。此后,历代医家在此方基础上不断进行延续与推崇,临床应用亦延伸至今。通过历史沿革、方证释义、主治演变、组方配伍意义等多方面对白虎加地黄汤进行阐述总结,在“态靶辨治”的理论指导下,将传统中医理论与现代药理研究深度交叉融合,进一步为现代临床用药的深入拓展开辟新思路与新方向,最大程度地发挥白虎加地黄汤的药效优势与临床价值。Baihu and Dihuang Decoction was first derived from Guilin Guben Typhoid Miscellaneous Diseases,which is composed of Gypsum,Anemarrhena,Rehmannia glutinosa,Licorice and Japonica rice five flavor medicine,mainly used for the treatment of warm disease,evil heat for a long time,Qi and blood double burnt evidence,with the effect of refreshing Qi and cooling blood,nourishing Yin and rejuvenating.Since then,successive generations of doctors have continued and respected this method,and the clinical application has also been extended to this day.Through the historical evolution,interpretation of evidence,evolution of treatment,significance of composition and other aspects,the Baihu and Dihuang Decoction was elaborated and summarized,and under the guidance of the theory of“state target discrimination”,the traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern pharmacological research were deeply cross-integrated,which further opened up new ideas and new directions for the in-depth expansion of modern clinical medicine,and maximized the medicinal advantages and clinical value of Baihu and Dihuang Decoction.
