补肾活血胶囊治疗激素性股骨头坏死组方分析:基于“虚”“瘀”理论

摘　　要：激素性股骨头坏死(SONFH)是骨科常见疾病,因其高发病率与低预后率,逐渐成为骨科重点关注的难治疾病。山东中医药大学附属医院李刚教授所创制的补肾活血胶囊经过了临床疗效及分子机制研究等多方面验证,且在临床治疗SONFH的实践中取得一定成果。从中医基础理论、药物有效组分的现代药理、分子机制研究等多方面对补肾活血胶囊治疗激素性股骨头坏死的组方进行分析,为临床治疗提供参考。Steroid-induced necrosis of the femoral head(SONFH)is a common disease in orthopedics,SONFH is one of the key and difficult diseases in orthopedics due to its high incidence and low prognosis.Bushen Huoxue Capsule,crea-ted by Professor Li Gang of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Chinese Medicine,has made certain a-chievements in the clinical practice of treating steroid-induced femur head necrosis,and has been verified by clinical effi-cacy and molecular mechanism studies.Therefore,this article analyzed the prescription of Bushen Huoxue capsule in the treatment of steroid-induced femur head necrosis from the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the modern pharmacology of active components and the study of molecular mechanism.
