摘　　要：胃癌前病变是临床常见且需及时干预的一类疾病,其病因复杂,病机多样,治疗标准不一,若未经干预易发生进展,甚至发生癌变,威胁生命。中医药治疗胃癌前病变独具特色且收效颇丰,无论是中药内服、针灸外治,还是中医特色疗法以及民族医药疗法均对胃癌前病变的治疗具有明显优势。综述近10年来中医药治疗胃癌前病变的相关研究文献,为其临床治疗提供思路和参考。Precancerous lesions of gastric cancer are common clinical diseases that need timely intervention.Their etiology is complex,pathogenesis is diverse,and treatment standards are different.Without intervention,they are easy to progress,or even become cancerous and life-threatening.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has unique characteristics in the treatment of gastric precancerous lesions and has achieved considerable results.It has obvious advantages in the treatment of gastric precancerous lesions,whether it is taken internally,treated externally by acupuncture and moxibustion,or treated with TCM characteristics and ethnic medicine with distinctive characteristics.The literature on the treatment of gastric precancerous lesions by traditional Chinese medicine in recent 10 years was reviewed to provide new ideas and references for its clinical treatment.
