摘　　要：城市历史街区是记忆的遗产,其承载着数代人的繁衍、生息与老去,见证了时事变迁与思潮流转,凝聚成无法复制的“文化乡愁”,成为城市的独特风景。以哈尔滨中华巴洛克历史街区为例,从怀旧视角思考历史城区更新存在的问题,探讨修复型怀旧下的怀旧虚化及反思型怀旧缺失后历史街区“灵韵”的消解。The city’s historic block is a heritage of memory,which carries the reproduction,life and aging of several generations,witnesses the changes of current affairs and the change of ideological trends,and condenses into an irreproducible“cultural nostalgia”and becomes the unique scenery of the city.Taking Chinese Baroque Historic Block in Harbin as an example,considering the problems existing in the renewal of the historic urban area from the perspective of nostalgia,and discussing the dissolution of the“spiritual charm”of the historical block after the nostalgic and reflective nostalgia of the restoration type is missing.
