长三角地区数字经济对新型城镇化的影响研究——兼论“数字鸿沟”的调节效应

摘　　要：研究数字经济对新型城镇化的影响对统筹城乡发展和促进新型城镇化发展具有重要意义。该文分析了2011—2020年长三角地区数字经济和新型城镇化发展水平的时空格局及数字经济对新型城镇化的影响效应,结果表明:①研究期内长三角地区数字经济和新型城镇化发展水平呈上升趋势,空间分布分别呈“南高北低、东高西低”和“中间高、两翼低”的格局,二者呈显著空间正相关;②数字经济对新型城镇化整体发展水平以及人口城镇化、经济城镇化和社会城镇化具有显著的“倒U形”影响,但对生态城镇化和城乡协调发展的影响不显著,对新型城镇化发展产生显著的非线性直接效应和负向空间溢出效应;③数字使用鸿沟和数字能力鸿沟会增强数字经济对新型城镇化的“倒U形”影响。研究结果可为促进数字经济稳步增长、缩小“数字鸿沟”以及充分发挥数字经济对新型城镇化的赋能作用提供参考。It is of great significance to study the impact of digital economy on the development of new-type urbanization to coordinate urban and rural development and promote the development of new-type urbanization.In this paper,the GIS spatial analysis methods and spatial econometric model are used to analyze the spatio-temporal patterns of digital economy and new-type urbanization,and the impact of digital economy on new-type urbanization in the Yangtze River Delta from 2011 to 2020.It is found as follows.①The level of digital economy and new-type urbanization in the Yangtze River Delta showed an upward trend from 2011 to 2020.The digital economy showed a spatial pattern of"high in the south and low in the north,high in the east and low in the west",and the new-type urbanization showed a spatial pattern of"high in the middle and low on both sides".There is a significant spatial positive correlation between digital economy and new-type urbanization in the Yangtze River Delta.②Digital economy has a significant"inverted U-shaped"influence on new-type urbanization and its sub-dimensions of population urbanization,economic urbanization and social urbanization,but has no significant influence on ecological urbanization and urban-rural coordinated development.Digital economy has significant nonlinear direct effect and negative spatial spillover effect on the development of new-type urbanization.③Digital usage divide and digital capability divide will enhance the"inverted U-shaped"influence of digital economy on new-type urbanization.④Digital economy has a significant"inverted U-shaped"influence on the new-type urbanization of the core cities of the Yangtze River Delta,and a significant promoting effect on the new-type urbanization of other cities in the Yangtze River Delta.The research results provide some ideas and theoretical references for narrowing the digital divide,promoting the steady growth of digital economy and the high-quality development of new-type urbanization.
