摘  要:采用溶剂热法合成了分散性良好的Fe_(3)O_(4)粒子,然后将油酸修饰到Fe_(3)O_(4)粒子表面,再通过疏水作用进行十六烷基三甲基氯化铵(CTAC)包覆,得到Fe_(3)O_(4)@CTAC粒子。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、X射线衍射(XRD)、Zeta电位和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对Fe_(3)O_(4)@CTAC粒子进行了表征,结果表明:Fe_(3)O_(4)粒子表面包覆CTAC后粒径无明显变化,并且仍保持良好的单分散性;Fe_(3)O_(4)@CTAC粒子具有超顺磁性和良好的磁响应性能;Fe_(3)O_(4)@CTAC粒子的Zeta电位较高,分散体系具有较好的稳定性。对Fe_(3)O_(4)@CTAC粒子进行了抗菌性能及磁分离去除菌体测试,结果显示:当Fe_(3)O_(4)@CTAC粒子的含量为50 mg/mL时,与大肠杆菌(E.coli)(105cfu/mL)作用10 min,抗菌率可达100%;Fe_(3)O_(4)@CTAC粒子对E.coli、金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)及枯草芽孢杆菌(B.subtilis)均具有良好的抗菌效果;通过磁场分离可以将Fe_(3)O_(4)@CTAC粒子及吸附的菌体去除。以上结果表明Fe_(3)O_(4)@CTAC粒子是一种快速、高效、可以实现无菌体残留的抗菌剂,具有潜在的应用价值。Fe_(3)O_(4) particles with good dispersibility were synthesized by a solvothermal method.The surface of the Fe_(3)O_(4) particles was first modified with oleic acid and cetyltrimethylammonium chloride(CTAC)was then coated via hydrophobic interactions to obtain Fe_(3)O_(4)@CTAC particles.The Fe_(3)O_(4)@CTAC particles were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),X-ray diffraction(XRD),Zeta potential measurements and vibrating sample magnetometry(VSM).The results show that the particle size of Fe_(3)O_(4) has no obvious change after coating with CTAC,and the Fe_(3)O_(4)@CTAC particles retain good monodispersity.The Fe_(3)O_(4)@CTAC particles have superparamagnetism and good magnetic response properties.The Zeta potential of Fe_(3)O_(4)@CTAC particles is high,and the dispersion has good stability.The antibacterial properties and magnetic separation of Fe_(3)O_(4)@CTAC particles were tested.The results showed that when 50 mg/mL Fe_(3)O_(4)@CTAC particles were treated with E.coli(10~5 cfu/mL)for 10 min,the antibacterial rate could reach 100%.Fe_(3)O_(4)@CTAC particles also have good antibacterial effects on S.aureus and B.subtilis.The Fe_(3)O_(4)@CTAC particles and adsorbed bacteria can be separated using a magnetic field.The above results indicate that Fe_(3)O_(4)@CTAC is a fast,efficient antibacterial agent that can generate aseptic residues and thus has potential application value.
