摘　　要：慢性淋巴细胞白血病是最常见的白血病类型,在过去的十年中,布鲁顿酪氨酸激酶(BTK)靶点抑制剂在慢性淋巴细胞白血病的治疗中显示出良好的临床疗效。新型BTK抑制剂nemtabrutinib已完成多项Ⅰ/Ⅱ期临床试验,结果表明,该药物安全、耐受,对复发/难治性慢性淋巴细胞白血病/小淋巴细胞淋巴瘤患者长期有效。目前该药物处于Ⅲ期临床试验招募中。本文对该药物的基本信息、作用机制及临床研究等进行概述。Chronic lymphocytic leukemia is the most frequent type of leukemia.Bruton′s tyrosine kinase(BTK)inhibitors have shown significant clinical success in the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia over the last decade.Netabrutinib,a novel BTK inhibitor,has completed several phaseⅠ/Ⅱclinical trials.The findings indicate that the medicine is safe and tolerable,and effective in the long-term in patients with relapsed/refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma.The medication is now in the recruitment phase for phaseⅢclinical trials.This article provides an overview of the drug′s basic information,mechanism of action,and clinical studies.
