信迪利单抗治疗食管癌引起免疫相关严重结肠炎一例

摘　　要：3级腹泻/结肠炎是信迪利单抗相关消化道不良反应中少见但严重的类型,本文报道1例56岁食管癌患者,使用信迪利单抗治疗后出现严重腹泻/结肠炎不良反应,给予激素及对症治疗后症状缓解,患者顺利完成经右胸腹部两切口食管切除术,后未再重启免疫治疗。Grade 3 diarrhea/colitis is a rare but serious type of sintilimab-related adverse events.This paper reports a 56-year-old patient with esophageal cancer who developed severe diarrhea/colitis adverse reactions after treatment with sintilimab.The symptoms were relieved after glucocorticoid and symptomatic treatment,and the patient successfully completed esophagectomy,and abdomen without restarting immunotherapy.
