摘 要:目的评价FT2800输血输液加温器在加压输液时的性能和稳定性。方法将输液管放入FT2800输血输液加温器的加热套管,分别设置加温器的目标温度为34、36、38、40、42℃,使用输液泵分别按照5、10、15、20ml/min流速输注4℃和24℃的0.9%氯化钠注射液。在输液管的末端插入一次性体腔温度探头测量出口温度,记录各组液体输注过程中出口温度、预热时间和升温稳定后出口温度的变异系数(CV)。结果4℃和24℃的0.9%氯化钠注射液以5、10、15、20 ml/min流速通过加热套管后,均可以达到设定温度,CV均<5.00%。升温稳定后出口温度的CV均<2.00%。各流速下,24℃0.9%氯化钠注射液升温至38℃所需时间均<2min,4℃0.9%氯化钠注射液升温至38℃均<5.54min。4℃0.9%氯化钠注射液以20 ml/min流速升温至42℃需要5.96 min,升温稳定后至输液结束时出口温度的CV均<2.00%。结论FT2800输血输液加温器在加压输液时可有效加热0.9%氯化钠注射液、达到设置温度,并在输液过程中维持较为恒定的温度,具有较好的稳定性。Objective To evaluate the performance and stability of FT2800 transfusion and nfusion heater.Methods The infusion tube was inserted into the heating tube of the FT2800 transfusion and infusion heater,with the target temperature set at 34℃,36℃,38℃,40℃,and 42℃respectively.The liquid was then infused using an infusion pump at flow rates of 5 ml/min,10 ml/min,15 ml/min,and 20 ml/min.The outlet temperatures were measured by inserting a disposable body cavity temperature probe into the end of the infusion tube.The outlet temperature,preheating duration,and coefficient of variations(CV)for the outlet temperature were recorded during liquid infusion in each experimental group.Results The normal saline at 4℃and 24℃can achieve the desired temperature by passing through the heating tube sleeve at flow rates of 5 ml/min,10 ml/min,15 ml/min,and 20 ml/min with CV below 5.00%.Furthermore,the CV of the outlet temperature remains below 2.00%after reaching thermal equilibrium.At each flow rate,the duration of temperature increase from 24℃to 38℃for normal saline was consistently less than 2 minutes,while for normal saline at 4℃to 38℃it remained below 5.54 minutes.The time required for normal saline at 4℃to reach a temperature of 42℃at a flow rate of 20 ml/min was determined as approximately 5.96 minutes.The CV for outlet temperature,measured from temperature stabilization until the completion of infusion,was found to be less than or equal to 2.00%.Conclusion The FT2800 transfusion and infusion heater can effectively facilitates the heating of normal saline,achieving the desired temperature during pressurized infusion while maintaining a consistent temperature throughout the process with exceptional stability.
