摘　　要：为明确寄主植物对斜纹夜蛾生长发育的影响,分别以甘薯、油菜、蓖麻的叶片饲喂斜纹夜蛾幼虫(单头及群体),测定发育历期、蛹重、成虫繁殖力及营养指标。结果表明,取食同一种供试植物,单头饲养的斜纹夜蛾蛹重、幼虫存活率和成虫产卵量均高于群体饲养;取食不同植物,单头饲养方式下以取食蓖麻的幼虫历期最短,群体饲养方式下以取食油菜的幼虫历期最短;而无论是单头还是群体饲养,取食蓖麻的斜纹夜蛾蛹重、存活率、羽化率、世代存活率最高,单雌产卵量和卵块数最多,幼虫的相对生长率、相对取食量和食物利用率最高。综上,在供试的3种寄主植物中,蓖麻为斜纹夜蛾的最佳寄主。This study aimed to investigate the impact of host plants on the growth and development of Spodoptera litura Fabricius.We conducted a laboratory experiment where S.litura were fed individually or in groups with three host plants(sweet potato,oilseed rape,and castor),and measured the developmental duration,pupal weight,adult fecundity,and nutritional indices of S.litura.The results showed that the pupal weight,larval survival rate,and egg-laying rate of S.litura were higher when fed individually compared to when fed in a group on the same plant.Among the three plants tested,S.litura larvae had the shortest development duration when feeding individually on castor,while feeding in a group on oilseed rape resulted in the shortest duration.The highest pupal weight,larval survival rate,eclosion and fecundity of S.litura were found when feeding on castor,whether individually or in a group.It could be concluded that castor is the most suitable host plant among the trio for S.litura.
