摘 要:为明确赤眼蜂对大豆食心虫的防治效果,于2020、2021年的8月中旬选择松毛虫赤眼蜂、黏虫赤眼蜂、玉米螟赤眼蜂、螟黄赤眼蜂4种赤眼蜂,在大豆豆荚、豆叶背部、土壤表面3个位置进行放蜂处理,调查统计了不同种类赤眼蜂在大豆食心虫卵的寄生和羽化情况,筛选出田间防治大豆食心虫的优势蜂种,并对赤眼蜂优势蜂种在不同释放数量时的防治效果及产量进行比较研究。结果表明:黏虫赤眼蜂是防治大豆食心虫的优势蜂种,其在豆荚上接蜂时的卵寄生率和羽化率最高,2020年分别为85.44%、97.46%,2021年分别为81.09%、96.33%,两次放蜂结果无显著差异;田间每667 m^(2)释放黏虫赤眼蜂3万~4万头时对大豆食心虫的防治效果最好且增产明显。This study investigated the control effect of four species of Trichogramma,T.dendrolimi,T.leucaniae,T.ostriniae,and T.chilonis,on Leguminivora glycinivorella Matsumura.Trichogramma wasps were released twice on soybean pods,the back of soybean leaves,and the soil surface between mid-August 2020 and 2021.The parasitism and emergence of Trichogramma on L.glycinivorella eggs were investigated and analyzed.The dominant wasp species for controlling L.glycinivorella in the field were screened and compared for their control effects and production with different release quantities.The results showed that T.leucaniae had the highest parasitism and emergence rates when applied to the bean pod.During the first release,the rates were 81.09% and 96.33%,respectively,and during the second release,they were 81.09% and 96.33%,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two releases,and T.leucaniae was the dominant wasp species for controlling L.glycinivorella.The most effective control was achieved by releasing 30000 to 40000 Trichogramma wasps per 667 m^(2)in the field,resulting in a significant increase in yield.
