摘 要:肺泡是气体交换的主要场所,对维持生理性呼吸功能发挥重要作用。Ⅱ型肺泡上皮细胞(alveolar epithelial type II cells,AT2)是肺泡上皮祖细胞,具有增殖分化、修复损伤肺泡的干细胞特性。然而,AT2增殖分化的过程受多种因素的影响,涉及到多条信号通路,该过程的异常改变则可引起病理性变化。多种慢性呼吸系统疾病常伴有肺泡结构损伤、AT2增殖分化功能障碍、损伤修复能力下降。现重点就肺泡损伤修复过程中AT2的干细胞作用及调节机制作一概述。Alveoli are the main site for gas exchange and play an important role in maintaining the normal physiological function of the respiratory system.Alveolar epithelial typeⅡcells(AT2)are the progenitor cells of mature pulmonary alveolar epithelium,which function as tissue stem cells in the lung with the characteristics of proliferation,differentiation and repair of damaged alveolus.However,the process of AT2 proliferation and differentiation is affected by many factors and involves multiple signaling pathways,and abnormal changes in this process can cause pathological changes.A variety of chronic respiratory diseases are often accompanied by alveolar structural damage,AT2 proliferation and differentiation dysfunction,and lower damage repair ability.This review focuses on the stem cell-like properties and regulatory mechanisms of AT2 in the process of alveolar repair.
