摘 要:随着船舶大型化发展,船体铸钢构件尺度越来越大,质量越来越大,在保证强度的同时实现结构轻量化设计,传统铸造工艺已无法满足要求。而金属增材制造技术所特有的可堆叠力学性能优良的部件及可实现复杂结构自由成型的特性,恰恰成为解决该问题的关键。选取船体艉鳍末端结构作为研究对象,采用增材制造打印缩尺比构件,依据规范要求开展结构化学元素组成分析、无损检测和材料力学性能等试验,研究结果验证了金属增材制造在船用艉鳍末端结构制造中的应用可行性。在此基础上,进一步开展了艉鳍末端结构优化,优化后的结构强度和模态均满足规范设计要求,构件质量减轻约8%。The high-performance metal additive manufacturing has been an answer to ultra-large structure manufacturing demanded by ship building industry,which is building increasingly bigger ships.The additive manufacturing of the skeg end structure is studied.A scale reduced structure is made by means of additive manufacturing.According to the specifications,the chemical composition of the material is analyzed and the non-destructive testing and tests for mechanical properties of the material is carried out.All that proves the feasibility of the application of metal additive manufacturing in ship building.The structure is further,optimized which made the structure 8%lighter while keeping the structure strength and modes satisfying the specification.
