摘  要:提出一种新型葵花三撑杆型大开口弦支网壳的结构形式,可用于大跨度体育场环形罩篷结构.不同于传统弦支网壳,下弦节点处设有交汇的三根撑杆,可减少环索和斜索用量,便于张拉施工,且改善了整体结构的稳定性;还有别于拓扑相同的葵花三撑杆型索穹顶结构,上弦采用杆系替代昂贵的索系,使造价经济,且便于铺设刚性屋面.考虑不同的施工成型方法,探讨了主次结构型(先张主结构、后装次结构)和整体结构型两种结构形态.根据节点平衡方程,分别推导给出了两种结构形态的弦支网壳初始态索杆内力一般性计算公式,分析研究了多个参数对预张力分布的影响规律.文中还基于两类改进遗传算法对200m跨度的大开口体育场罩篷弦支网壳结构进行了优化设计,分析结果表明这种结构形式具有良好的技术经济指标.最后对张拉施工和逐步加载至整体失稳的全过程进行了模拟分析,提出改善结构施工过程及服役阶段承载安全性的建议.A novel sunflower-type suspen-dome with tri-strut layout,abbreviated as“SF_3 suspen-dome”,is proposed in this paper.A tri-strut scheme instead of the traditional uni-strut scheme is adopted between upper and lower layer nodes in this structural system,reducing the construction difficulty while enhancing the global structural stability.Distinguished from cable domes proposed in former studies,rigid bars instead of flexural cables are adopted on the upper layer,improving the material efficiency and compatibility with metal roofing.Two morphological configurations for this structural form,namely the divided(TypeⅠ)and the integrated(TypeⅡ),are discussed considering construction scheme.TypeⅠis divided into two parts:the main structure which is pre-stretched during construction,and the subsidiary structure being installed onto the main structure afterward.TypeⅡotherwise is assembled and prestressed as an integrity.The general calculation formulas of initial pretentions are deduced according to the nodal-force equilibrium.Parametric analyses of the suspen-dome at initial prestress state is also performed to obtain an insight into the regularities and characteristics of pretention distribution.This paper also presents optimal design on these suspen-domes as 200m-span stadium canopies based on two types of modified genetic algorithms.Analytical result shows that this novel structure exhibits excellent material efficiency,technical and economic performance.Finally,the nonlinear full-process of tensioning construction and loading till failure is numerically simulated,and suggestions on construction safety and ultimate capacity are given accordingly.
