青海大学篮球馆桁架结构卸载过程分析与健康监测

摘  要:青海大学篮球馆采用大跨度凹形平面桁架结构,采用砂箱式临时支撑.通过MIDAS/GEN对分级对称同步卸载的两种方案进行对比,验证了凹形桁架应采取从两边向中间卸载的方法.对结构的应力和位移进行监测,监测结果显示,分级卸载可以避免结构出现反翘现象,并且应力值变化较小.分析和监测结果共同表明,在卸载过程中,位移和应力的变化曲线较吻合,且数值均在合理的设计范围内,计算模型与实际施工过程具有一致性,验证了有限元模拟可以指导施工的顺利进行.通过同步卸载与不同步卸载对比分析,尚未完成卸载的临时支撑上方桁架的应力变化较大,其中腹杆应力变化最大,在卸载过程中应采取措施保证施工同步进行.The Basketball Hall of Qinghai University employs a large-span concave plane truss structure,which adopts sand box temporary support.By comparing the two schemes of symmetrical synchronous step unloading through MIDAS/Gen,it is verified that the concave truss should be unloaded from both sides to the middle.The stress and displacement of the structure are monitored.The monitoring results show that step unloading can avoid the warping phenomenon of the structure,and the change of stress value is small.The analysis and monitoring results show that the change curves of displacement and stress are consistent in the unloading process,the values are within the reasonable design range,and the calculation model is consistent with the actual construction process.It is verified that the finite element simulation can guide the smooth progress of construction.Through the comparative analysis of synchronous unloading and asynchronous unloading,the stress of the truss above the temporary support that has not been unloaded changes greatly,among which the stress of the web member changes the most.During the unloading process,measures should be taken to ensure the synchronous construction.
