摘 要:江苏凤城-梅里500千伏线路长江大跨越输电钢管塔高达385 m,而施工过程中使用的双平臂抱杆结构高度则超过400 m,钢管塔本身和双平臂抱杆结构都对风荷载十分敏感.为了研究输电钢管塔施工全过程的抗风安全,首先建立了抱杆和铁塔-抱杆耦合系统的有限元模型.基于谐波叠加法,模拟得到了抱杆及铁塔的风荷载,完成了单抱杆结构和铁塔-抱杆耦合系统的风致动力响应计算.通过对最高位置抱杆组立工况的结构位移及拉索拉力等抗风安全指标进行对比分析,发现耦合结构动力响应均大于单抱杆结构.最后计算得到抱杆和铁塔最高位置的时程风振系数,并与高耸结构设计规范的风振系数取值进行对比分析.本文结果为超大型输电钢管塔结构的施工抗风安全提供了依据.The height of the Yangtze River long-span transmission steel tube tower for the erection of Fengcheng-Meili 500 kV transmission line in Jiangsu Province reaches 385 m,while the associated double flat-arm holding pole used in the construction exceeds 400 m.Both the tower and the flat-arm are very sensitive to wind loads.In order to study the wind resistance safety of the transmission steel tube tower in the whole construction process,the finite element models of the double flat-arm holding pole and coupling system between the pole and the tower are first established,and the wind loads of the tower and holding pole are simulated by the harmonic superposition method.The wind-induced dynamic response calculations of the single-pole structure and coupling system are carried out.Associated index of the wind resistance safety such as the displacement and the cable tension under the highest working condition are compared,and it is demonstrated that the dynamic responses of the coupling system are greater than those of the single-pole structure.Finally,the time-history wind vibration coefficients of the high part of the holding pole and steel tube tower are calculated and compared with the suggested value in the design code for the towering structures.The analysis results provide data support for the design and installation of super large transmission steel tube tower.
