中药降脂在动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者恢复期的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探索脂必泰胶囊在动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死(ACI)患者恢复期的应用效果。方法选取2021年10月至2022年10月湖北省康复医院收治的96例ACI恢复期患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(48例)与参照组(48例)。参照组采用抗血小板、调脂、营养神经等对症治疗,试验组在对症治疗基础上采用中药脂必泰胶囊治疗。治疗4周,比较两组患者血脂指标(胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)和日常生活能力评定量表(Barthel指数)的变化,并评估比较两组患者的疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者各项血脂指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于本组治疗前,其他血脂指标均低于本组治疗前,且试验组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于参照组,其他血脂指标均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的NIHSS评分、Barthel指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者NIHSS评分低于本组治疗前,Barthel指数则高于本组治疗前,且试验组NIHSS评分低于参照组,Barthel指数则高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在ACI患者恢复期的治疗中,采用中药脂必泰胶囊能更有效地改善血脂,促进患者神经功能和日常生活能力的进一步恢复,提升临床疗效。Objective To explore the effect of Zhibitai Capsules in convalescence stage of patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods A total of 96 ACI convalescent patients admitted to Hubei Rehabilitation Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into experimental group(48 cases)and reference group(48 cases)according to random number table method.The reference group was treated with antiplatelet,lipid-regulating,neurotrophic and other symptomatic treatments,and the experimental group was treated with Zhibitai Capsules on the basis of symptomatic treatment.After 4 weeks of treatment,the changes of blood lipid indexes(cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol),National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)and daily living ability rating scale(Barthel index)of the two groups were compared,and the efficacy of the two groups was evaluated and compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in blood lipid indexes between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the high density lipoprotein cholesterol in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and other lipid indexes were lower than those before treatment,and the high density lipoprotein cholesterol in experimental group was higher than that in reference group,and other lipid indexes were lower than those in reference group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in NIHSS score and Barthel index between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS scores in two groups was lower than those before treatment,and the Barthel index scores in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the NIHSS score in experimental group was lower than that in reference group,and the Barthel index score was higher than that in reference group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of reference group,and
