摘　　要：目的优化住院药品管理模式,提高药品调剂、物流转运、病区退药的工作质量和效率。方法选取2021年5月至8月成都市第三人民医院住院药品管理模式优化前的98776条住院医嘱为对照组,基于信息系统对住院药品调剂、药品物流转运和病区退药的流程进行优化,选取2022年2月至5月流程优化后的102418条住院医嘱为实验组。比较两组的调剂时间、调剂差错率、配送工人数量以及病区退药率的变化。结果实验组的住院药房总体调剂时间、工人配送时间均短于对照组,调剂差错率为0.05%,低于对照组的0.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。流程优化后,病区退药率总体下降78.05%,人力成本节省退药岗位1人,配送工人2人,物力成本约3.5万元/年。结论住院药品管理流程优化有效地降低差错的发生,提高工作效率,保障药品质量和患者的用药安全。Objective Optimize the inpatient drug management mode,and improve the quality and efficiency of drug dispensing,logistics transportation,and drug return in ward.Methods A total of 98776 inpatient medical orders before the optimization of inpatient drug management mode in the Third People's Hospital of Chengdu from May to August 2021 were selected as the control group.Based on the information system,the process of inpatient drug dispensing,drug logistics transport and drug return in ward was optimized.A total of 102418 inpatient orders after process optimization from February to May 2022 were selected as the experimental group.The changes of dispensing time,dispensing error rate,number of distribution workers and drug withdrawal rate in ward were compared between the two groups.Results The total dispensing time and worker distribution time of the inpatient pharmacy in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the dispensing error rate was 0.26%lower than that of the control group 0.05%,with statistical significances(P<0.05).After the process optimization,the overall rate of drug return in the ward was reduced by 78.05%,the labor cost was saved by 1 drug return post,2 distribution workers,and the material cost was about 35000 yuan/year.Conclusion The optimization of the inpatient drug management process effectively reduces the occurrence of errors,improves work efficiency,and ensures the quality of drugs and the safety of patient medication.
