摘 要:Recurrent miscarriage(RM)is defined as two or more consecutive pregnancy losses before 24 weeks of human pregnancy[1].The incidence of RM in pregnant women is 1%‒2%[2],and the RM causes in 50%of cases remain unknown[3].Fetal preservation has been widely applied for the threatened miscarriage of RM patients in early pregnancy;however,the failure of fetal preservation should be treated by uterine clearance surgery,which leads to inevitable endometrial damage and ovarian function decline.Thus,identifying a reliable index of fetal preservation is important for the clinical arrangement of early pregnancy loss(EPL),including RM.
