摘　　要：创伤后应激障碍(post-traumatic stress disorder,PTSD)是个体在经历创伤性应激后,出现异常心理或生理变化的疾病,其发病机制暂不明确,临床缺乏安全有效、便捷高效的治疗手段。无创光疗是指使用不引起人体组织与细胞不可逆性损伤强度的光照射人体,通过光生物调节作用等改善人体功能的一种治疗方法。无创光疗可通过经眼、经颅两种途径,干预相关脑区以及参与激素水平调节,改善PTSD症状。本文阐述了PTSD的临床诊疗现状,无创光疗的主要作用机制,以及无创光疗干预PTSD的应用现状,总结了无创光疗干预PTSD的最新研究进展。Post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)is a disease in which individuals suffer abnormal psychological or physiological changes after experiencing traumatic stress,and its pathogenesis is still unclear.Clinically,safe,effective,convenient and efficient treatments for PTSD are rare at present.Non-invasive phototherapy is a therapeutic method that uses light to irradiate human body without causing irreversible damages to tissues and cells,which will improve human functions through photobiological regulation.This review explains the clinical diagnosis and treatment status of PTSD,the main mechanisms of non-invasive phototherapy and the application of non-invasive phototherapy in intervening PTSD.The latest research progress in the intervention of PTSD using non-invasive phototherapy is also summarized in this review.Exploring the mechanisms of non-invasive phototherapy in the intervention of PTSD may provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of PTSD.
