西格列汀联合阿托伐他汀钙对社区2型糖尿病患者血糖血脂控制效果

摘　　要：目的探讨联合应用西格列汀、阿托伐他汀钙对于社区2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂的控制效果。方法纳入2022年1月至2023年1月入我院诊治的社区2型糖尿病患者90例。将入组患者应用随机数字表法均分为对照组、观察组,前者于治疗期间应用西格列汀,观察组联合应用西格列汀、阿托伐他汀钙,对比两组患者临床治疗效果,测定指标包含血糖、血脂水平、胰岛素指标及不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组患者血糖、血脂以及胰岛素水平等各项指标参数无统计学差异(均P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血糖水平、血脂水平及胰岛素指标均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗期间不良反应发生率两组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论社区2型糖尿病患者治疗期间联合应用西格列汀、阿托伐他汀钙具有更佳的治疗效果,可有效调控血糖、血脂水平,可改善胰岛素抵抗程度,同时具有较高的安全性。Objective To explore the effect of sitagliptin and atorvastatin calcium on the control of blood glucose and blood lipid in type 2 diabetic patients in community.Methods Ninety cases of community-based type 2 diabetes mellitus patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were included.The enrolled patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,the former group applied selegiline during the treatment period,and the observation group applied selegiline and atorvastatin calcium together,comparing the clinical treatment effects of the two groups,and the indicators included blood glucose,blood lipid level,insulin indicators and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of blood glucose,blood lipids and insulin levels(all P>0.05);after 3 months of continuous treatment,the observation group's blood glucose level,blood lipids and insulin indicators were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions Combined application of selegiline and atorvastatin calcium during the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in the community has better therapeutic effect,can effectively regulate blood glucose,blood lipid level,can improve the degree of insulin resistance,and also has a high safety.
