IL-1、CRP、免疫球蛋白及补体C3、C4检测在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病诊疗中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨炎症因子白细胞介素6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM、IgA以及补体C3、C4在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病中的诊断价值。方法选取2020年1月—2022年3月于沛县人民医院入院诊治的冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者100例作为研究组,同时随机选取本院同时段的健康体检者100例作为健康对照组。比较两组患者的IL-6、CRP、IgG、IgM、IgA与补体C3、C4的水平,并分析各项指标单一检测以及联合检测的阳性检出率。结果研究组的炎症因子IL-6、CRP、免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM、IgA以及补体C3、C4指标均高于健康组(P<0.05);联合检测的阳性检出率为86%,均高于IL-6、CRP、免疫球蛋白及补体C3、C4的任一单一检测结果(均P<0.05)。结论在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者中炎症因子IL-6、CRP、免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM、IgA以及补体C3、C4各项指标与健康者相比均有不同程度升高,所有指标联合检测的诊断效能高于任一指标的单一检测。联合检测可作为临床冠心病病情评估的重要诊断依据。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of inflammatory factors interleukin 6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),immunoglobulins IgG,IgM,IgA,and complement C3 and C4 in coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease who were admitted to Peixian People's Hospital from January 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study group,while 100 healthy medical checkups from our hospital at the same time were randomly selected as the healthy control group.The levels of IL-6,CRP,IgG,IgM,IgA and complement C3 and C4 were compared between the two groups of patients,and the positive detection rates of single and combined tests were analyzed.Results The inflammatory factors IL-6,CRP,immunoglobulin IgG,IgM,IgA and complement C3 and C4 in the study group were higher than those in the healthy group(P<0.05);the positive detection rate of the combined test was 86%,which was higher than the results of any of the single tests for IL-6,CRP,immunoglobulin and complement C3 and C4(P<0.05 for all).Conclusions In patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,inflammatory factors IL-6,CRP,immunoglobulins IgG,IgM,IgA,and complements C3 and C4 were elevated to different degrees compared with those of healthy patients,and the diagnostic efficacy of the combination of all the indexes was higher than that of a single test of any one of the indexes.The combined test can be used as an important diagnostic basis for clinical evaluation of coronary heart disease.
