快速康复外科护理对人工全髋关节置换术后疼痛、髋关节功能及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科护理对人工全髋关节置换术后疼痛和睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的80例人工全髋关节置换术患者,随机将其分入观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组患者护理方法为一般性护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上实施快速康复外科护理。对两组人工全髋关节置换术患者护理后不同时间疼痛程度、护理前后睡眠质量改善情况进行对比分析。结果观察组术后第1天疼痛程度和护理前睡眠质量各项评分与对照组比较无差异(P>0.05);术后第3天观察组疼痛程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组髋关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后各项睡眠障碍评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科护理能有效促进人工全髋关节置换术患者的疼痛程度减轻,改善髋关节功能,提高患者的睡眠质量。Objective To explore the impact of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on postoperative pain and sleep quality after artificial total hip arthroplasty.Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 patients in each group.The nursing method for the control group patients was general nursing,while the observation group patients implemented rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on the basis of the control group.Compare and analyze the degree of pain and the improvement of sleep quality before and after nursing care for two groups of patients undergoing total hip replacement surgery.Results There was no difference in the pain level and sleep quality scores of the observation group on the first day after surgery compared to the control group(P>0.05);On the 3rd postoperative day,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the hip joint function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of various sleep disorders were all lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing can effectively promote the reduction of pain in patients undergoing artificial total hip replacement,improve hip joint function,and improve patients'sleep quality.
