循证理论下的责任制护理对脑瘫患儿心理状态及自理能力的影响

摘　　要：目的分析循证理论下的责任制护理对脑瘫患儿心理状态及自理能力的影响。方法将2020年1月至2021年1月厦门市社会福利中心收治的62例脑瘫患儿纳入研究对象,随机将患儿分为试验组(31例)和对照组(31例),对照组患儿采用常规护理干预,试验组融入循证理论下的责任制护理,对两组患儿护理前后自理能力、心理状态评估和对比。结果护理后两组患儿自理能力、心理状态评分均改善(均P<0.05),试验组自理能力、心理状态评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证理论下的责任制护理有利于提高脑瘫患儿自理能力,改善患儿心理状态。Objective To analyze the impact of responsibility based nursing under evidence-based theory on the psychological state and self-care ability of children with cerebral palsy.Methods 62 children with cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were included in the study.The children were randomly divided into an experimental group(31 cases)and a control group(31 cases).The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the experimental group received responsibility based nursing under evidence-based theory.The self-care ability and psychological state of the two groups of children were evaluated and compared before and after nursing.Results After nursing,the self-care ability and psychological state scores of the two groups of children were improved(P<0.05),and the improvement level of self-care ability and psychological state in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The responsibility based nursing under evidence-based theory is beneficial for improving the self-care ability and psychological state of children with cerebral palsy.
