中医辩证施护联合循证护理在围绝经期功能性子宫出血护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察探究中医辩证施护联合循证护理在围绝经期功能性子宫出血护理中的应用效果。方法采用回顾性分析方法,按照纳入与排除标准,从2021年1月至2022年12月南京医科大学附属妇产医院接纳的围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者中选取60例作为本次对照研究的观察对象。采用随机数字表法,将60例患者分为对照组(n=30,行常规护理)与观察组(n=30,行循证护理+中医辩证施护)。通过设置多项观察指标并进行统计学分析,评估两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组出血量、出血时间、月经周期、典型症状的评分以及HAD评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);护理后,观察组的SF-36各子类项目评分、调经有效率与中医证候有效率均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者展开循证护理、中医辩证施护联合干预对临床症状与心理状态的改善,生活质量的提高有积极影响。Objective To observe and explore the combined effect of evidence-based nursing and traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing in the care of functional uterine bleeding during perimenopause.Methods Using retrospective analysis method,60 cases were selected from the patients with perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding admitted to the Maternity Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2021 to December 2022 according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria as the observation subjects of this controlled study.Using the randomized numerical table method,the 60 patients were divided into the control group(n=30,with conventional nursing care)and the observation group(n=30,with evidence-based nursing care+TCM evidence-based conceptual nursing care).The nursing effect of the two groups was assessed by setting several observation indexes and performing statistical analysis.Results After the care,the scores of bleeding amount,bleeding time,menstrual cycle,typical symptoms,and HAD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05);after the care,the scores of each subcategory of items of SF-36,the effective rate of menstrual regulation,and the effective rate of Chinese medicine evidence of menstruation in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of evidence-based nursing and traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing intervention for patients with functional uterine bleeding during perimenopause has a positive impact on the improvement of clinical symptoms and psychological status,as well as the improvement of quality of life.
