摘 要:目前我国预制楼板主要应用的是叠合楼板,预制钢筋桁架水泥纤维板的使用尚未得到推广。通过传统的静力堆载法对两块尺寸相同的预制钢筋桁架水泥纤维板的破坏模式、承载能力和变形能力进行探究。结果表明,在施工工况中,预制钢筋桁架水泥纤维板满足承载能力极限状态的设计要求;跨中最大挠度约为2.61和2.77 mm,远小于挠度计算值且符合相关规范限值要求。说明预制钢筋桁架水泥纤维板在施工阶段具有较好的承载能力和整体变形能力,可作为叠合楼板的底模使用。At present,the prefabricated floor slab is mainly applied to composite floor slab in China,and the use of prefabricated steel truss cement fiber board has not been popularized.In this study,the failure mode,bearing capacity and deformation capacity of two prefabricated steel truss CFRP slabs of the same size are investigated by using the traditional static surcharge method.The results show that the prefabricated steel truss CFRP meets the design requirements of the ultimate bearing capacity state under the construction conditions;the maximum deflection in the middle of the span is about 2.61 mm and 2.77 mm,which is far less than the calculated value of deflection and meets the limit requirements of relevant specifications.It shows that the prefabricated steel truss cement fiber board has good bearing capacity and overall deformation capacity in the construction stage and can be used as the bottom formwork of the composite floor.
